            The Office of Job Training Programs, Jefferson/Franklin Counties, Inc., a not-for-

profit corporation funded under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), is

The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will be submitting the Program Year 2024 through 2027 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Local Plan and St. Louis Regional Plan (7/1/2024-6/30/2028) required midpoint/two-year modification under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128 and is seeking public comments.

Jefferson/Franklin Consortium Youth Committee meets at 11:00 a.m. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom. These meetings are open to the public, please email leckhoff@jeff-frankjobs.com if you would like to attend.
