WIOA PY24-PY27 Local Plan Modification (required two-year midpoint review)

The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Jefferson and Franklin Counties will be submitting the Program Year 2024 through 2027 Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Local Plan and St. Louis Regional Plan (7/1/2024-6/30/2028) required midpoint/two-year modification under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Public Law 113-128 and is seeking public comments.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I funds provides occupational skills training, on-the-job training, work experience, employment services and other appropriate activities as allowed under the Act to eligible residents.

Interested parties may submit comments on the proposed plan by email to ojtp@jeff-frankjobs.com or in writing to OJTP at 3675 W. Outer Rd., Suite 201, Arnold, MO 63010. All comments must be received no later than April 23, 2026.
