Workforce Workshops:
Once a month, at each of our locations, Jefferson/Franklin Consortium offers week-long workforce linkage workshops to help our clients obtain their goal, employment:
- Monday: Career Exploration and Transferable Skills
- Tuesday: Networking, Job Market Resources to Find Work
- Wednesday: Application-Resumes, Cover Letters & More
- Thursday: Interviewing Skills and Questions to Ask
- Friday: Career Search Plan Plus Advancement Retention Methods
At the end of the week, you will have a greater understanding of the current job market and what it takes to win over perspective employers. Classes meet from 9:00 - 11:30 A.M, Monday - Friday. Each day is optional; you may attend all week, or attend only the classes that are suitable for you.
